摘要
This article discloses a fact that the voltage and timing sequence setting has remarkable effect on the short term image sticking level in AMOLED display driving by 7T1C pixel circuit based on LTPS TFT process. From the circuit driving aspect, the mechanism of short term image sticking in AMOLED display driving by 7T1C pixel circuit was discussed. Several mechanisms are related to short term image sticking problem. A series improving strategies for short term image sticking were tried. Some of the strategies show significant effect, the average 0S JND in short term image sticking test was reduced from 5.0 to 2.4 only by update the new DC voltage levels and driving timing sequence setting.
