Unraveling boron oxidation and structure in 2D Mo 4/3 B 2− x T z via solid-state NMR

Multiple NMR techniques were employed to study the structure and properties of Mo 4/3 B 2− x T z and its exfoliation products. These techniques revealed the oxidation of B atoms during the wet-chemical etching and delamination processes.
