摘要
With the rapid development of electronic information technology, electromagnetic radiation pollution poses a significant threat to human health and information security. To mitigate the hazards associated with electromagnetic waves (EMWs), electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials have increasingly attracted attention. Carbon nanotube (CNT) composite films, due to their exceptional electrical conductivity, superior mechanical properties, and chemical stability, play a crucial role in the field of EMI shielding. This review comprehensively summarizes the shielding mechanisms of EMI and introduces the latest research advancements and preparation strategies for CNT composite films. The preparation strategies discussed encompass vacuum-assisted filtration, chemical vapor deposition, solvent casting, blade coating, directional compression, impregnation, and self-assembly, among others. Additionally, the review delves into the hydrophobic properties, thermal conductivity, and Joule heating performance of flexible CNT composite films. Finally, the review discusses the challenges confronted by CNT composite films and outlines their potential development directions in the future.
