The Optimization of Intersection Phase and Signal Timing for GuZong Road and Shanghai City Loop

Phase and timing optimization is an important method of improving signal intersection capability.Combining with existing traffic conditions and problems of GuZong road and Hucheng huan road intersection,this paper takes the method of Webster to optimize the signal timing.Also,Synchro simulates different schemes and finally it chooses a scheme which minimums the delay of the intersection.
