摘要
Nasal irrigation is a useful treatment in children rhinosinusitis.The efficiency of saline irrigation is less than budesonide aerosol spray.Add budesonide to the irrigation fluid combines the effect of the budesonide with irrigation and get more efficiency of treatment.
