Preparation of Silk Fibroin Peptide

Silk fibroin peptide was prepared by hydrolyzing silk fibroin with sulphuric acid,desalting with precipitation separation method,decolorizing with activated carbon in the dry box.The structure of silk fibroin peptide was researched by X-ray diffraction.The results showed that the silk fibroin peptide solution could be obtained by hydrolyzing silk fibroin macromolecule in 20%~30% sulphuric acid solution at 120℃ for 6h.The average removal rate of SO42-was above 93% and the decolorized efficiency of activated carbon was good.The obtained buff water soluble silk fibroin peptide mainly composed by glycine,alanine and serine etc.The aggregation structure of silk fibroin peptide was mainly amorphism.
