On the Difference between Trademark Dilution and Trademark Infringement

Trademark infringement and trademark dilution are different in levels but not mutually-contradicted.Due to their different purpose,focus and the judgement standard,the inter-correlation between them is inevitable.As a result,even in a same case,both the trademark infringement and trademark dilution may be simultaneously used in law suing,which could result in a concurrent liability.
