The Synthesis and Application of Trifluoroacetic Acid

Trifluoroacetic acid with strong acidity and oxidization was important fluorinated aliphatic intermediate,and was widely used in the fields of medicines and chemicals. From introduction of the synthesis process,the synthesis and application fields of trifluoroacetic acid were reviewed. The preparation processes in the lab and industry with high efficiency in the world presently were chiefly introduced. The important applications in medicines,catalyzed synthesis,solvent etc were introduced. Finally,the development of trifluoroacetic acid was prospected.
