A study of the characterization of ultrasontic backscatter parameters in myocardial fibrosis of hypertensive heart disease

Objecitve:To evaluate the characterization in myocardial fibrosis of hypertensive heart disease with ultrasonic backscatter parameters.Methods:Myocardial ultrasonic backscatter parameters of 59 hypertensive heart diseases and 60 persons of normal control were measured in this study.Results:IB%CVIB and TG-CVIB of interventricular and left ventricular posterior wall as well as TGIB of left ventriculver posterior wall of hypertensive heart disease hnd significant difference from the normal control.Conclusion:Ualtrasonic backscatter parameters are helpful in determination of the degrees of myocardial fibrosis of hypertensive heart disease.
