Study on anti-alcoholism beverage of Pueraria lobata (Willd) ohwi

All-natural anti-alcoholism beverages were successfully made from Pueraria lobata (Willd) ohwi. Flower Pueraria and Hovenia dulcis as the major materials. The optimum recipes of the medicinal herbs and formulas for the beverages were determined, and their anti-alcoholism functions were tested through animal experiments.
