Anodizing behavior of AZ91D magnesium alloy in alkaline electrolyte containing amine, NH_4H_2PO_4, NaF and film-forming additive at high voltage was investigated. The results show that a compact oxidation film on surface of magnesium alloy can be deposited under micro-arc restrained, which is harder and more resistant to acid and alkali. The function of components of electrolyte in film-forming process and the influence of preparation parameters on the film-forming process and the properties of oxidation film were researched.
