From puberty begins,the female endometrium happen periodic shedding and accompanied by vaginal bleeding,which is called menstruation,menstrual cycle is menstruation periodic change.Physical performance and psychological performance of women are different in different periods of the menstrual cycle and the influence factors of menstrual cycle are so many.This article review and analysis menstrual cycle related performance of the healthy women and special groups,the influence factors of menstrual cycle through the domestic retrospective literatures about the menstrual cycle survey and puts forward the existing problems and thinking in order to provide ideas and reference to the further research at the same time.
