In order to analysis the impacts of network structure characteristics and note characteristics on knowledge transfer,this paper used simulation approach to simulate the process of knowledge transfer within static weighted network and dynamic weighted network organization. Results from simulation experiments show that: the higher the probability of new nodes adding and old nodes disappearing is,the lower the transfer rate is. In other words,the more stable of the network is,the higher the transfer rates is; the more adjacent nodes an organization has,the faster the knowledge transfer; the influence of network size is not significantly at early stages,but the influence of network size strengthens as the numbers of transfer increase,the larger the network size is,the faster the knowledge transfers; learning capacity have an important impact on knowledge transfer,the stronger the firms learning capacity is,the more efficient and effective the knowledge transfer will be; the effection of the attachment rules that connecting two existing nodes on knowledge transfer is not significant.
