INVESTIGATION ON THE EXTRACTING METHODS OF HESPERIDIN

Hesperidin is abundant in dried tangerine peel (DTP), which can function as an antioxidant., Orthogonal test and paired experiment design are adopted to screen 3 DTPs materials and 2 extracting methods for the extracting of hesperidin. Results show that, the method of extracting with lime water and crystallizing by acidizing the water is suitable for the pilot extracting of hesperidin. In addition, a DTP material was found to be suitable for the pilot extracting of hesperidin.
