Establishment of PDX/PDXO models to evaluate the antitumor efficacy and mechanism of Abemaciclib in gastric-type cervical cancer.

OBJECTIVE: experiments. METHODS: using PDX models. Mechanistic insights were investigated via network pharmacology and western blotting (WB). RESULTS: experiments demonstrated that abemaciclib significantly inhibited tumor growth in PDX-bearing mice. CONCLUSION: settings, highlighting its potential clinical application.
