Erratum: Kinetic isotope effects in the reaction of fluorine atoms with molecular hydrogen. I. H2/D2 kinetic isotope effect

The difference in activation energies Ea(F +D 2 ) -Ea(F +H 2 ), obtained by Jaffe and Anderson, was mistakenly quoted to be positive instead of negative. Their value is -0.18 kcal/mole as compared to the experimental value of + (370 10) cal/mole. I wish to thank Professor David Volman for bringing this mistake to my attention.
