摘要
The temperature dependence of the thermal conductivity, between 77 and 300 K, and specific heat, between 150 and 550 K, of Tl3AsSe3 are reported. The thermal conductivity is best described as temperature independent and isotropic over the range studied, with a value of approximately 3.5 mW/cm-K. The heat capacity is approximately constant in temperature at the Dulong-Petit limit.
