Study on and Realization of Opening T utorial Answer Mechanism

A new opening mechanism is presented in the paper after analyzing the model of foregone distance tutorial answer.More over,we analyze the fun ction of the mechanism and discuss th e design and realization of a distance tutorial answer system based on this mechanism.
