Objective:To explore the acute leukemia immunophenotype and its diagnosis value. Methods: Three-colors monoclonal antibodies were used to mark the marrows of acute leukemia patients and CD45/SSC gating in flow cytometry was used for immunofluorescence. Results: The 176 cases of acute leukemia immunophenotype were classified into 3 subgroups: The undifferentiated phenotype(1 case) account for 0.7%,simple phenotype(101 cases) 57.3%,variant phenotype(74 cases) 42.0%.The variant phenotype, the scoring systems proposed by EGIL were adopted to classify,it's possible to identify Ly+-AML,My+-ALL,MAL.Conclusion: With the immunophenotype, every acute leukemia case can be analyzed, especially for those with mixed leukemia and cross-lineage expression leukemia.
