The quantitative analysis of purification of Cordycepin in Capsuiae Cordyceps militari

Objective To establish the quality standard of Capsuiae Cordyceps militaris.Methods The quantitative analysis of cordycepin was determined by HPLC with 2487 UV detection at 260 nm.Results The contents of cordycepin batches of Capsuiae Cordyceps militaris was 10.51 mg/g respectively.The average recoveries was 100.43%,the RSD was 2.399%.Conclusion The methods are simple,steady,accurate and reproducible.
