Objective To investigate the concomitant symptoms of paraesthesia pharynges(PP)and its etiology and treatments.Methods A total of 261 PP patients admitted to this hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were given,based on concomitant symptoms,diagnostic treatments using anti-depression,proton pump inhibitors,immunity enhancement,etc.The efficacy was observed for 3 months.Results Forty-two patients had psychogenic concomitant symptom,19 had vegetative nerve functional disturbance,31 had menopausal syndrome,136 had gastroesophageal reflux,33 had fatigue syndrome.After treatment,168 patients were cured(64.4%),74 had remarkable effects(28.4%),19 had not effect(7.2%),the effective rate was 92.7%.Conclusion PP is a local manifestation of systemic disease and its concomitant symptoms are not the same due to different pathogens.Gastroesophageal reflux is its main cause.
