摘要
Silk protein has great potential applications in material science,cosmetics,biomedicine and other fields due to its excellent physical,chemical and biological properties,as well as its characteristics of avirulence,innocuity,non-immunogenicity and good histocompatibility for human body.This article details the preparations of silk fibroin and sericin nanoparticles,including phase separation method,emulsion-solvent evaporation method,salting out method,electrospray method,electrical control method,self-assembling method,graft copolymerization method and nanosuspension technology.Existing problems in resent research are pointed out.
