Study on Protein Unfolding Character Under Physical Property Space

A physical property space constructed by twelve physical property parameters is introduced.A state of protein is corresponding with a point in property space.Protein GB1 is chosen as system to study the protein unfolding behavior under physical property space,and some useful results are obtained.
