The Research and Development of Accuracy in Stereolithography Apparatus

The stereolithography is one of the most mature and widely used rapid prototyping technologies.One of the advantages,which make the stereolithography become more and more popular,is the high accuracy.Some factors which influence the accuracy of the stereolithography parts were discussed,including date exchanging of CAD geometry,material properties,recoating thickness,optics system,laser scanning methods in the process and so on.Some methods to improve the accuracy of stereolithography parts were proposed based on the state of the art of the accuracy in stereolithography in the world.
