Genomic DNA Extraction and RAPD Primer Screening of Walnut

A research is made on the method of isolating genomic DNA and RAPD primer screening of walnut.The results have shown that a qualified DNA can be obtained from walunt leaves by means of the nucleus deposition method and used for RAPD analysis.At the same time,14 polymorphic primers showing much higher genetic diversity of walnut have been selected from 120 primers.
