Preparation of Two-Dimensional Molybdenum Disulfide Nanosheet and Its Application in Electrochemical Biosensors

Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)nanosheet is graphene-like two-dimensional nanomaterials,which exhibits unusual electronic,optical,thermal and mechanical properties and is widely investigated recently.Here,the preparation methods of MoS2 nanosheet are reviewed.Top-downmethods include micromechanical exfoliation,lithium-based intercalation and liquid exfoliation,while thebottom-upapproaches covered are chemical vapor deposition and hydrothermal synthesis.The current status and development tendency of MoS2 nanosheet in electrochemical biosensors are also summarized.
