摘要
The effects of L-type matching network on resonant frequency and vibration characteristics of ultrasonic transducers are studied.The relationship between the L-type matching network and the electromechanical coupling coefficient is derived by theoretical analysis and experiment.The effective electromechanical coupling coefficient of the ultrasonic transducer with a series inductor,a parallel inductor or an L-type matching network is analyzed,and the result show that using L-type matching network is better,the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient can be improved by properly electing the network parameters.
