Polyethylene glycol-phospholipid and liposomes stereo-stability

The influence of kinds, molecular weight and dosage of polyethylene glycol-phospholipid (PEG-lipid) on liposomes stereo-stability are reviewed. The mechanism of PEG-lipid to improve liposomes stability is explained, and the applications of PEG-lipid to long-circulation and some new types of liposome are introduced.
