Effect of burdock oligosaccharide on lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2,IFN-γ production of mice

Objective:To research the effect of burdock oligosaccharide lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2,IFN-γ production of mice.Methods:40 mice were divided into 4 groups randomly(control group and experimental group).Filled the stomachs with NS and BFOS at the doses of 250,500,1 000 mg/(kg·d).After 14 days,tested lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2,IFN-γ production.Results:Compared with control group the lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2,IFN-γ production increased significantly in experimental group.Conclusion:The results indicated that BFOS could enhance immune function of mice.
