The New Progress and Obstetrical Application of AT_1 Receptor Antagonist Losartan

Objective:To investigate the AT 1 receptor antagonist Losartan pharmacological mechanism,clinical and specially obstetrical new application.Methods:To investigate the same and different effect between Angiotension Ⅱreceptor antagonist Losartan and Angiotension converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI).Results:Both of the Angiotension led to the malformation of foetus and kindney lesion despite of the recent reports saying that there is no side effect of AT 1 receptor antagonist.Conclusion:We still don't argue applying it to women being or to be pregnant.
