Therapeutic Observation of the Effect of Combining Therapy of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Capsules and Yupengfeng on Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and side effect of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Capsules combined with Yupengfeng in treating chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods 120 patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(A) were treated with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Capsules combined with Yupengfeng.The control group(B) were treated with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Capsules alone.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Results The effective rates of the two groups were 96.7% and 83.3% respectively.There was statistically significant difference(P0.001).The relapse rates of two groups were 10.3%and 36.0% respectively.There was statistically significant difference(P0.001).Conclusion Combining Therapy is effective and safe in treating chronic idiopathic urticaria.
