Detection of Serum Antibody Against Cytomegalovirus of Patients with Neonatal Jaundice

Objective To realize the correlation between cytomegalovirus infection and patients with neonatal jaundice.Methods The serum IgM and IgG antibody against cytomegalovirus of patients with neonatal jaundice was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The positive rates of anti-CMV antibody(included 2 cases IgM and 14 cases of IgG positive serum) in patients was 22.22%(16/72).Conclusions There was correlation between cytomegalovirus infection and neonatal jaundice,CMV infection probably was one of the pathogenic factor of patients with neonatal jaundice.
