In this paper,the working principle of the magneto-rheological fluid( MRF) vibration isolator is analyzed,its structure is optimized in response to the shortcoming of the poor vibration isolation in the high frequency of MRF vibration isolator and the vibration isolator is simulated through Dynamometer characteristics. The simulation result shows that the flowability of the vibration isolator goes up after its optimization,the dissipated energy of the MRF vibration isolator is increased within the circle of broadband frequency and the vibration isolation performance is improved.
