TheInfluence of Buchangwenxin Granule on Heart Rate Turbulence in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Buchangwenxin Granule on HeartRate Turbulence in dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods 42 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were chosen as the dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) group,and 50 healthy people whose sex and age matching with the DCM group as the normal group to see if there are statistical difference between TO and TS of the two groups.Then the patients of the DCM group were divided at random into the control group and the group treated with Buchangwenxin.4 weeks later,the patiens of the two groups were monitored with 24 dynamic electrocardiogram and the results were recorded.At last the values of TO and TS were taken for statistical comparison and analysis.Results Both TO and TS of the DCM group Markedly abnormal Compared with the normal group(P0.05).The negtive value of TO of the group treated with Buchangwenxin Granule increased significantly and TS rose obviously Compared with the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Compared with normal population,HRT in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy significantly abnormal and Buchangwenxin Granule can somewhat restore abnormal HRT,reducing ventricular arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death from occurring.
