Synthesis and Application of Polymer Wear-resistant and Anti-corrosion Coating Materials

Synthesis methods and relevant influencing factors of some novel wear-resistant and anti-corrosion coating materials based on epoxy resin modified with polyurethane were introduced.Experiments were conducted to compare the abrasion resistance of epoxy resin modified with polyurethane,epoxy modified by butyronitrile,and some alike coating materials from abroad.The result shows that the polymer coating of epoxy resin modified with polyurethane possesses better properties of wear-resistant and anti-corrosion than other coating materials of the same type.
