Study on gear tooth surface of generating spur bevel gear

Proposed the method of studying the gearing of a pair of generating spur bevel gears with generating gearing of gear and counterpart rack in the normal plane of the rack.With the method,established the gear tooth surface equation and the contact line equation of the generating spur bevel gear and the rack.The angle adjustable equipment of generating spur bevel shape gear was designed and fabricated,by which bevel shape gear was generated and the gear tooth surface agree well with the equation.
