摘要
SEVO promotes proliferation and inhibits inflammatory response, apoptosis, and oxidative stress of I/R-treated cardiomyocytes by elevating GDF11 expression, thereby reducing myocardial I/R injury. Notably, the mechanism underlying the alleviation of the I/R injury may involve the activation of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
