Cutaneous manifestations associated with Kartagener syndrome (KS) are exceptional and only two cases of patients with recurrent furunculosis and pyoderma gangrenosum have been described. We report a patient with KS presenting with recurrent sterile exudative nodules and erythematous plaques mimicking an infectious disorder and showing histologically an abscessified granulomatous tissue reaction.
