Nature. 2024; 627: 873-879https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-024-07112-w Crossref Scopus (3) Google Scholar discovered a role of CRL5-SPSB3 ubiquitin ligase in promoting ubiquitination and degradation of nuclear cGAS, which prevents aberrant cGAS activation by genomic DNA and contributes to the maintenance of immune homeostasis.
