Bispecific ADC “Really Strong” against ESCC

A phase I study of the bispecific antibody–drug conjugate BL-B01D1 shows encouraging safety and effectiveness. The drug, which targets EGFR and HER3, triggered side effects in most patients, but at the higher of two doses tested, it spurred tumor responses in almost 40% of patients.
