Improved performance of pure formamidinium lead iodide perovskite light-emitting diodes by moisture treatment

Combining chloroform solvent engineering and moisture exposure led to an increase in the EQE from 0.03% up to 1.20% of perovskite LEDs based on pure FAPbI₃ films.
