摘要
Abstract Brillouin microscopy is a promising all-optical technique for biomechanics but is limited by slow acquisition speed and/or large irradiation doses. Here, we introduce multiplexed Brillouin microscopy that overcomes both these limits by over one order of magnitude with selective illumination and single-shot analysis of hundreds of points along the incident beam axis. We demonstrate the enabling capabilities of this method probing rapid response to perturbations and long-term mechanical evolution of tumor spheroids.
