摘要
Abstract Objectives To explore the correlation between MRI dynamic changes and personalized nursing intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH) treated with nerve block combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion, and the effect of this combined treatment on patients’ pain level and lumbar spine function. Methods 90 LDH patients were randomly divided into two groups of 45 each. Both groups received nerve block combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment. Control group received routine nursing care, while observation group received personalized nursing intervention. Nursing plan dynamically adjusted every 4 weeks based on MRI results. Both groups underwent an 8-week intervention. MRI indicators, visual analog scale (VAS) scores, and JOA lumbar function scores were compared at baseline, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks to analyze the correlation between MRI changes and nursing adherence. Results After 4 and 8 weeks of intervention, observation group had smaller maximum disc protrusion diameter, lower nerve root compression score, nucleus pulposus T2WI signal score and VAS score, and higher JOA score and nursing adherence score versus control group. Pearson correlation analysis showed that the improvement values of MRI indicators were positively correlated with nursing adherence in the observation group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups. Conclusions Nerve block combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve MRI findings and clinical symptoms in LDH patients. Personalized nursing intervention based on MRI dynamic changes can enhance patients’ nursing adherence, and the improvement in MRI indicators is positively correlated with adherence.
