摘要
• A novel Cu-MOF was synthesized successfully using a facile route. • Cu-MOF exhibit high selectivity for H 2 S in presence of competing ions. • Cu-MOF showed high sensitivity towards H 2 S with a detection limit of 2.2 µM having good fluorescence stability. • Turn off fluorescence response with quenching efficiency of Cu-MOF on addition of H 2 S was observed in less than 2 min. A novel copper-based metal-organic framework (Cu-MOF) has been synthesized under solvothermal reaction conditions. X-ray powder diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric analysis were used to confirm the phase purity of Cu-MOF. The synthesized Cu-MOF serves as a probe for selective and sensitive detection of H 2 S in the presence of potentially intrusive anions and biologically important thiols. The limit of detection for H 2 S wasfound to be 2.2 µM, with a fast response time (<2 min). Fluorescence turns off response was observed for Cu-MOF after reacting with H 2 S. The Synthesized Cu-MOF shows selectivity for H 2 S with turn-off fluorescence response, having good fluorescence stability.
