摘要
Abstract The development of novel and efficient chiral catalysts has always been a focus of research in the field of organic synthesis. In this paper, we present the design, synthesis, and application of a new chiral phase‐transfer catalyst derived from Dendrobine alkaloid using simple synthetic methods with competitive yields. Meanwhile, the unique chiral skeleton structure of our catalyst was conducive to chiral induction in asymmetric catalysis and has been successfully utilized in the asymmetric alkylation of β ‐keto esters, leading to excellent reactivity and good enantioselectivity in the formation of chiral 1H‐inden‐1‐ones.
