摘要
EELNs were rich in metabolites and miRNAs with the therapeutic potential in osteoporosis. In vitro , EELNs enhanced osteogenesis targeting Pi3k/Akt/mTOR pathway. In vivo , EELN-loaded HA nano-whisker composite successfully repaired mandibular defect in osteoporosis rat.
