摘要
The frequent occurrence of extreme disasters in recent years has threatened the safety and stability of electricity, gas and heat integrated energy systems (IESs). This paper innovatively proposes a collaborative post-disaster repair and restoration method for IESs considering thermal comfort and energy storage, which solves the current problems of not considering the role of heat network coupling and imperfect models, not being able to quantitatively calculate the thermal comfort, and the lack of considering the energy storage effects in the IESs. This paper proposes specific methods and processes for multiple resilience of electricity, gas, and heat IESs through coupled components, energy storage devices, reconfiguration, and the dispatch of repair crews, and demonstrates the necessity of considering thermal comfort. The validity of the proposed method is verified with the IESs example, which helps to select the optimal repair and restoration strategy of IESs in a disaster.
