摘要
This work presents the outcomes of the Large onshore wind turbine benchmark of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie project zEPHYR. The case study analyzed in this work involves the modeling of a real weather event and a full-scale SWT 2.3-93 wind turbine located at the Høvsøre Wind Turbine Test Center in Denmark. The benchmark analyzed the results of simulations of the atmospheric boundary layer, evaluated the aerodynamic performance, and predicted far-field noise for the SWT-2.3-93 wind turbine. In this work, we focus on noise predictions comparing the noise spectra obtained with different methodologies for three off-design operating conditions. We compare the predicted noise levels with measurements available in the literature. The numerical methods accurately capture the trends and the absolute levels with an accuracy of +- 3 dB for most of the 1/3-octave frequency bands.
