On the construction of rural grassroots democracy under three - dimensional structure of socialist democracy

During the new period,the construction of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics has formed a three-dimensional interactive development pattern with the inner-party democracy,the upper democracy and the democracy at the grassroots level.This paper explores,under the three-dimensional pattern of socialist democracy construction,the ways to improve the construction of rural grassroots democracy and speed up the democratization process in China,which includes culturing and improving the living conditions of rural grassroots democracy,rationalizing its coordination mechanisms under the leadership of the Party,and establishing linking mechanism of inner-party democracy and upper democracy promoting grassroots democracy.
