Relationship between Regulatory CD_4~+T Cell and Immune Dysfunction of Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome

There is accumulating evidence indicating that immune dysfunction play important role during the development of multiple organ dysfunction syndromes.Nevertheless,the mechanisms underlying the immune dysfunction are still not well understood.In this context,the contribution of regulatory CD4+ T cell to immune dysfunction and its potential therapeutic perspective are presented,which may help in improving our ability of immune-regulated treatment.
